1. This equipment is specially used to detect the aging of AC LED bulb finished products. Carry out aging tests on the lamps on the wire body through simulated grid voltages such as high voltage, normal pressure, low pressure, high temperature, roaming, and fluctuations to check whether the bulb lamp is not bright, strobe, color difference, appearance and other bad quality.
2. This aging line is for the upper and lower layers to be aged at the same time. The upper layer is set to three voltage zones and a non-electrical operation zone; the lower layer is set to three voltage zones, a total of seven zones.
3. The isolation transformer function is adopted to improve the operation safety factor and effective protection.
4. The power system adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation system, and the operation is simple and convenient.
5. With beat impact function, the power-on and power-off time can be adjusted separately.
6. With roaming function, various roaming voltage power-on time can be adjusted separately.
7. With static aging function: when the line body is not running, carry out power aging.
8. Power on brightness: visual inspection.
9. Adopt touch screen and programmable controller PLC as the control system, and install over temperature sound and light alarm function.

V. Main machine structure and power distribution device:
1. Fuselage frame: The frame is made by 40 × 40 square tube assembly welding, the fuselage guide rail is made of aluminum alloy profile, the side sealing plate is δ = color 1.2mmA3 cold rolled plate folding forming, the sealing plate is embedded with glass observation window The machine feet adopt galvanized adjustable foot cups.
2. Bulb chain plate:
( A) Formed by δ1.2MMA3 cold plate folding, the specifications are: L1490 * 248MM / block, (there are 248 chain plates in the whole line, based on the total length of the whole line is 20 meters, each plate is equipped with 18 sets of E27 lamp holders, once aging Quantity: 248 * 22 = 5456 pieces / batch.
( B) Each board seat is equipped with a small single-stage circuit breaker with high sensitivity and short circuit protection.
( C) The E27 lamp holder used in the bulb chain plate can be used to age other types of bulb lamps through the conversion connector, provided that the designed rated power cannot be exceeded (the built-in conversion connector is provided by the user).
3. Lamp holder: E27 bulb lamp holder is a high-quality five-claw spring clip type lamp holder.
4. Wiring: The connecting wires used to adjust the length of the lamp on the chain board are all high-temperature wires.
5. Powerplant: The power adopts 3HP motor, equipped with gear reducer, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
6. Conveying chain: adopt C212A unilateral double pitch chain.
7. Conductive configuration: adopt copper row conductive rail type. The conductive track composed of insulated bakelite and copper bar is installed on both sides of the wire body, and the conductive copper block on the chain plate is in full contact with the conductive track to operate (this method is more durable than the general stainless steel track conductive method Durability, stable conductivity and other advantages).
8. 1 meter heating zone on the lower level: the heater uses electric heating tube, equipped with intelligent digital display thermostat precision control, the temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 60 ℃, and has an over-temperature sound and light alarm function.
9. Electric control configuration: equipped with a floor-mounted electric control cabinet, the main switch is a leakage protection circuit breaker, which exceeds the personal safety leakage coefficient and trips to automatically cut off the main power supply. The programmable controller PLC + touch screen is used as the control system.
